Holy Smokes gives your garden abundant, small petunia-like flowers all season on cascading growth. The flowers are fun and flirty, with a soft yellow base overlain with blue-purple splotches. Calibrachoa are best grown in hanging baskets or containers, not directly in the landscape, because they hate to have wet feet. They require excellent water drainage in order to perform their best. When planting Calibrachoa it is a good idea to give the plants a slight trim, using a sharp pair of scissors or pruning shears. While not a necessary step, it will increase branching and may help your plants look even fuller.
