Due to changing weather conditions and situations beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible once our product is in your care. We want to see you thrive as a gardener, so please contact us immediately with the problem you are having and we will try to guide you through the situation as best we can.
We accept all major credit cards (including American Express) and cash. Electronic receipts are available by text or email at checkout.
MAIL ORDER SHIPPING POLICY
We guarantee all of our plants to be correctly packaged, arrive in good condition and to be accurately labeled. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products upon arrival, please let us know within 72 hours. A photo of the plant(s) in question will be required to process your claim. Photos help us understand what actions must be taken now and in the future to better the quality of the plants you receive. Even though we package your plants with extreme care, occasionally some orders do get damaged in transit. If you do receive an order that appears to be damaged by the carrier, please let us know as within 24 hours of the receipt of your shipment, so we can file a claim accordingly. Again, photos of the plants and damaged packaging will be required to process your claim.
We do accept wholesale orders. Please contact us with your proof of business and sales tax exempt certificate in order to get our wholesale price list. Minimum order required.
